      <description>Thank you for this- good to discuss it. I've met several people who ended up in the ER with impacted bowels and it's really dangerous. In order to avoid this when taking iron I have discovered an herbal, plant-based iron that works great to stabilize my levels without the typical side-effects. 
Sunflower seeds are a great non-animal protein and offer some good fiber as well.</description>
