      <description>what about the pills that are supposed to substitute the fibre from food? are they safe and do they really work? i've seen it in lots of forms, tea even. is this artificial or just a different type of fibre?</description>

      <description>Do you mean "cold cereal"? If so, I am surprised you're recommending something so jam-packed with sugar for breakfast---even if it is high in fiber. But I am biased toward natural foods, so... yeah. I would recommend just mixing together some (natural) high fiber foods---it doesn't have to take long.

I just discovered Grammar Girl yesterday and I am seeing what else y'all got =) I'm looking forward to your other podcasts.</description>

      <description>I certainly need to start thinking about fibre for the reason N1. I don’t eat a lot, but I just can’t lose any weight, so I am willing to "strive for 25". I do eat a lot of fruit and vegetables, but I don’t consume a lot of bran. However, I find it quite difficult to persuade my children to eat more vegetables. Fruits are not an issue, just vegetables and legumes. I always believed that we need to look after our heath from an early age and I am worried they are not getting enough fibre. Thank you for this great podcast.</description>
