      <description>Definitely soy products have gained enormous popularity over the last few years. More and more soy products appear in our supermarkets and it is clearly evident that more of us are consuming various soy based products. I was reading an article describing results of a study which suggested that Japanese women get through menopause with hardly any symptoms. If it is all down to food and soy products, then we definitely should use more of it, but as you said we should be confident that it will not have the opposite effect. Thanks.
