Several questions.... Sodium content, huge issue. I have stomach and colon ulcers that are usually not that big of a problem but certain acidic foods really upset me when I eat without consideration, ie: tomatoes, apples and citrus if raw. Even just water at times.....
Weird I realize. I have acid reflux from stomach ulcer and digestive issues from colon ulcers.... I'm at loss. At times regular water gives me a stomachache or nausea.... Help or any advice would help. I have changed me entire diet, no red meat, lots of fish, very low gluten but have a love of red wine ;-)
Thanks for any help....
PS don't want to take IBS drugs, just want to do this naturally!

Remember, simply because it is on the internet does not make it factual. Consider the source carefully before you put your faith in it and make decisions based on its content. Anyone can have a webpage. The sites that end in .gov, .edu, or .org are usually reputable sites.

I just read that the Walmart Clean Sparkling Water contains Aspartame that is a slow poison that could affect you physically and may cause certain diseases. Is it only certain Sparkling Waters that are OK to drink? I drink only the Walmart kind and absolutely love it. Any information would be awesome! Thanks!!

I was diagnosed with reflux disease (GERD) lately , as a cola addict and now off limit I did ask my nutritionist if sparkling water is OK but he gave me the big NO , without explaining why? I didn't take no for an answer. Indeed drinking sparking water reliefs my upset stomach and help reducing my heartburn.
