Quick Tip: Caffeine Can Pump Up Your Workout

One way to burn more fat when exercising is to increase the intensity of your workout. A little caffeine can help you do just that!  Studies suggest that having a cup or two of coffee or strong tea an hour or so before you exercise can allow you to work out a little harder or a little longer before you get tired.  Be sure to drink plenty of water during and after exercising.
