Quick Tip: Surprising High Fiber Foods

Adding more fiber to your diet can improve your health, and it’s not as hard as you may think.  Here are some foods you might not have realized were high in fiber: avocado, sunflower seeds, tahini (sesame butter), dried figs, green peas, sun-dried tomatoes, and popcorn. Try to get at least 25 grams of fiber each day. One serving of each of the above foods would do it!
